I guess for my tenth and final thing I can tidy up my room once a week and not only when someone is coming over.

I will (attempt to) smile more often and be more vocal in someone’s company to let you know that I am not bored, my thoughts are elsewhere, and that I am alright and nothing is bugging me. Or you can figure out that’s how I am but this is my list of things to work on.

I will try to stop this behavior where I will stop seeing or talking to friends for weeks, sometimes months on end.

Donate blood as often as I can, and sign up for the Organ and Tissue Donor Registry. This year I want to be able to help as many people as possible, hence CNA training and my Pre-Nursing requirements.

Getting into a rigorous martial arts that not only allows competition, a strict regimen, but will also have a lot of cardio and endurance so not only will I be healthier, I will sleep like a baby on those nights.
